We want you to love The LashLiner System as much as we do. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase that was made on our website, we have return options available.
To be eligible for refunds:
- Products must have been purchased through our website.
- All returns must be accompanied by all original components.
- All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip included in your package.
Please read the refund/return policy carefully. In order to be fair to all of our customers, we cannot make exceptions to the policy.
To initiate a return, you must send an email to email@example.com. In order to avoid fraud we cannot provide refunds without prior authorization.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
Shipping: We do not provide return shipping labels or pay for return shipping costs.
Refund Period – Cosmetics: Cosmetic items (not including lashes) are refundable up to 14 business days, no questions asked, from the date listed on the order delivery confirmation.
Refund Period – Lashes: Lashes are refundable for up to 3 days after the delivery confirmation. That means that you have three days from the time the lashes arrive to email firstname.lastname@example.org and initiate a return. Lashes must be returned with all of the components, including the Lash Anchors.
Third Party Vendors: Items purchased from auction sites such as eBay, other third-party retail sites or in-person transactions are not eligible for return or refund. All refunds must be initiated by the original purchaser.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise: If your item(s) arrive damaged please email email@example.com and include a photo of the damaged item and your order number within 3 business days of the delivery confirmation date and we will provide a replacement of the item(s). Replacements must be of the same product and style. Damaged items do not need to be returned in order to receive a replacement.
Clearance: Clearance merchandise is a final sale and is nonrefundable. If your clearance item(s) arrive damaged please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include a photo of the damaged item and your order number within 3 business days of the delivery confirmation date and we will provide a replacement of the item(s). Replacements must be of the same product and style. Damaged items do not need to be returned in order to receive a replacement. If the item(s) is no longer in stock, your order will be refunded.
Shipping: We provide free shipping in the United States via USPS First Class mail, and provide a package tracking information. Packages are shipped within one business day with the exception of month end, in which case packages are shipped within two business days.
International Shipping: International shipping is via DHL at a nominal cost. Please note that any import duties or VAT taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we can not provide replacements or returns on international orders.
Missing Parcels: It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure their order is sent to a secure location such as a locked mailbox. We cannot provide refunds or replacement on merchandise stolen, lost or missing after confirmed delivery.
Return to Sender: Items returned to us by the USPS marked as undelivered or marked as return to sender will be refunded and the order will be canceled.
Misuse: LashLiner LLC reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our returns policy (such as excessive returns, unauthorized re-seller activity, or fraud).
